Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original condition. Items must not have been worn beyond what is reasonably necessary to check the fit and condition, washed, damaged or altered. Please include your proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at ateatthenines@gmail.com before sending your item back. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

For change-of-mind returns, including ordering the wrong size, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels until they reach us.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. This does not affect your statutory rights.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order, subject to availability.

EU ORDERS

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions. You then generally have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us of your cancellation.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and let you know when your refund has been processed. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Where required by applicable consumer law, any standard outbound delivery charge due to be refunded will also be refunded. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard option are not refundable.
