This website is operated by ATE AT THE NINES. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ATE AT THE NINES.
These Terms of Service apply when you access our website or purchase products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours, designs and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and photography.
Product measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering.
We may change or discontinue products and limit quantities available for purchase at any time.
2. ORDERS
When you place an order with ATE AT THE NINES, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you will receive confirmation using the contact information provided at checkout.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at ateatthenines@gmail.com. If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow our Returns & Refunds Policy instead.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices on our UK store are displayed in GBP (£). Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed as required before you complete your purchase.
For international orders, additional taxes, customs charges, import duties or other charges may apply depending on the destination and the way these charges are handled at checkout. Where charges are not collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.
We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Available delivery options and applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier or customs delays.
We will take reasonable steps to resolve delivery issues where appropriate.
For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods remains with us until you, or a person identified by you to receive the goods, takes physical possession of them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, you may return the original item in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and place a new order, subject to availability.
To request a return, please contact ateatthenines@gmail.com before sending an item back. We will provide return instructions if your return is accepted.
6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products may be released in limited quantities and availability is not guaranteed.
Adding a product to your basket does not reserve that product.
In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund where necessary.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the branding, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, written content and other materials appearing on this website belong to ATE AT THE NINES or are used by us with permission.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, introduce malicious software, misuse another person’s information, or infringe our rights or the rights of another person.
We may restrict access to our website where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers or services.

Our website may use or link to services provided by third parties, including payment providers, delivery providers and other technology providers.
ATE AT THE NINES is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology that enables us to operate our online store. Purchases made from our store are made directly with ATE AT THE NINES.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
